Great location. All the staffs are responsive and friendly. Surrounded with 7-11, Family Marts, restaurants. 400 m from Shuanglian MRT station. 700 m from Shin Kong Mitsukosi Nanxi Store. Hotel prepared some snacks, coffee, teas, jelly, instant noodles at Basement common area for guests to eat and drink.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and spoke good English. The location is perfect - close to MRT, convenient stores etc. There's also a basement with snacks and games available.

Rooms are exactly as advetised. I saw a couple of Google reviews and was initially hesistant, but after arriving and checking in, I must say that everything was clean and fine. The bathroom's water pressure is really good, and the toilets are equipped with bidets and a seat warmer (which was perfect since it was really cold outside) Staff at the reception was also friendly and was kind enough to meet our request for more pillows. The pantry at basement level was a nice surprised as it was fully stocked with snacks and beverages. Location was perfect! Very near to Shuanglian MRT station. this is a huge plus

Everything. It’s closed to the metro Red line and many bus lines. Laundry room is nice and clean. You can exchange the coins at the front desk to use the washer and dryer. A snack room where snacks, coffee and tea are served until midnight. Very relaxing with a massage chair and nice music. Water bottles are provided every day even you don’t ask for cleaning service. Staff is good in English. They are always at the front desk to greet us so we feel welcome and safe. Kao, a receptionist is kind and helpful. We received a gift when we checked out.

It has private sauna in the bathroom, and in the basement there is massage chair, free snack and coffee machine, and we can rent nintendo switch (but there is only 1 for the whole hotel and we could not bring it back to our room)

We got the VIP room because we wanted extra space. It was very roomy and overlooked a park across the street. It was also a corner room, with no neighbors on either side. There was a floor above us, but we could not hear people up there. The staff was also super helpful. The proprietors seemed to think of everything in anticipation of guest needs.

The location is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The common area on the basement was so good. The complimentary drink and snack were available for every guests. The massage chair was provided and it helped me a lot at the end of the day.

I like the location just 3 blocks for the nearest MRT station (Shuanglian), its also great to walk around and enjoy the local vibes, not far away from Taipei Main Station and the red line can be used to reach out to Taipei 101 station, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station or Xianshan station just to enumerate some of the potential attractions you must visit. Also a walking distance to other areas such as Dihua Street or Zhongshan, the property is great for the value and the vicinity is calm with the local vibes, street food, nearby 7/11, Family Mart and local stores.

Great location. Easily accessible by train and taxi from many stations in Taipei City. My room was spacious and tidy. They had free water, snacks, condom, noise canceller ear plugs, and include hand sanitizer and shampoo in their rooms, have towels and slippers- and my room came with a great theme too. Staff are very kind and multilingual. My room was super cold but staff quickly helped once I asked them.

We greatly appreciated the 24-hour facility designed for children, offering a variety of toys and board games to keep them entertained. Despite our early arrival, the staff kindly accommodated us by allowing access to the facilities, securely storing our luggage at no additional cost, and even lending us an umbrella. This place comes highly recommended, especially for small families seeking a welcoming and thoughtful experience. Location was excellent
